Position Summary:
The Pharmacist will deliver extensive pharmaceutical care to patients at Central Carolina Hospital. Responsibilities include providing drug information, therapeutic drug monitoring, pharmacokinetic dosing, renal dose adjustments, therapeutic interchange, IV to PO conversions, and patient education and counseling. This role serves as a key resource for the healthcare team regarding medication therapy and promotes the safe use of medications. It is essential to align prescribing, dispensing, administration, and monitoring practices with established protocols to ensure safety.

Educational Requirements:

Licensure and Certification:
NCBOP Pharmacist Licensure is required, along with BCLS certification as per hospital policy.
