The Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse will provide direct and indirect patient care, utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. This role will meet the physical, psychosocial, religious/cultural, and emotional needs of patients and families, and will communicate effectively with the healthcare team about changes in patient condition or response to treatment.
Requirements- Associate degree in nursing is required; bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Registered Nurse licensure in North Carolina or a compact state is required.
- American Heart Association BLS certification is required.
- One year of experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
