We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Store Associate to join our team at National Capital sites in Washington, DC.
This is an hourly full-time position starting at $17.75 an hour, with a strong work ethic and ability to work weekends and holidays.
As a Store Associate, you will serve as an ambassador for America's National Parks and promote our mission to educate visitors about our partnership with the National Park Service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and engaging with visitors to promote sales and products.
- Operating a cash register and maintaining accurate records.
- Providing park information and answering visitor questions.
- Maintaining a safe and appealing store environment.
- Restocking sales floors and creating visual displays.
- Participating in inventory management and spot checks.
