Job Description

Mazzella Lifting Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Account Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by building strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development: Sell Mazzella Lifting Technologies' products and services to customers, focusing on identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Proposal Development: Create and present proposals to customers, highlighting the value of Mazzella Lifting Technologies' products and services.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Market Knowledge and Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry standards to provide valuable insights to customers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of industrial sales experience, with a proven track record of building customer relationships and meeting sales goals.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
