Job Title: Territory Account Manager

Job Summary:

The Territory Account Manager will be responsible for promoting blood drive programs to community leaders and groups, companies, and businesses. This is a vital and rewarding position that will play a key role in sharing our lifesaving mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit new donor groups and promote growth in existing accounts for established territory
  • Develop and assess a strategy to achieve assigned collection goals and meet performance metrics
  • Plan, organize, and promote effective and exciting events and presentations to share our mission
  • Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with key accounts
  • Give presentations and represent the Oklahoma Blood Institute to promote blood collection

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years sales related experience
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Public speaking/presentation experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • $500 bonus after 6 months and $1,000 bonus after 1 year
