We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team at HomeServices of America Inc. The successful candidate will provide administrative, marketing, and social media support to our sales associates and management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to management and sales associates, including email management, computer assistance, and form stocking.
  • Assist with online marketing campaigns and business development.
  • Develop and implement marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content.
  • Analyze data trends and generate reports.
  • Conduct orientation training for new sales associates and maintain onboarding marketing materials.
  • Assist new agents in training on computer tools and resources.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience in social media, social media marketing, and social media channels/platforms.
  • Minimum of two years administrative-related experience.
  • Knowledge of real estate, title, and/or mortgage business is preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple issues and projects concurrently.
