Job Overview

Elevated Experiences is seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Manager to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food and beverage operations, ensuring seamless execution of our culinary vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the culinary team, ensuring efficient and effective food preparation and service.
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and food presentation standards that align with our culinary vision.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and storage of food and beverage supplies, minimizing waste and optimizing costs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Train and develop team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and other operational expenses, achieving budget targets.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying knowledge to improve our operations and services.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 6-8 years of experience in a full-service restaurant environment, with a proven track record of leadership and culinary expertise.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and service standards, with a focus on quality, safety, and consistency.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Proficiency in cash handling, inventory management, and labor control, with a focus on minimizing costs and maximizing efficiency.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a culinary arts or hospitality-related degree preferred.
