Program Focus:

Welcome to the Full Circle Family Program, where we deliver outpatient mental health services tailored for multicultural, low-income children aged 4-18 and their families.

This innovative, family-centered program employs evidence-based practices to empower youth within their family contexts. We honor family strengths, collaborate on solutions, and provide impactful support where it is needed most.

Role Summary:

As the Program Director within the Children, Youth, and Family Division, you will be instrumental in overseeing behavioral health care services. Reporting to the Clinical Director, you will lead with a multidisciplinary approach, ensuring optimal outcomes in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health clients. Your key responsibilities will include managing clinical services, implementing quality assurance measures, and cultivating a high-performance program.

Your Contributions:

  • Oversee the delivery of behavioral and mental health services across various programs.
  • Ensure compliance and quality assurance in mental health service delivery.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and provide necessary training for staff in clinical protocols and interventions.
  • Supervise and support behavioral/mental health staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, represent the organization, and contribute to program expansion initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field.
  • Licensure in LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psy.D./Ph.D.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in the administration and coordination of mental health or counseling services programs.
  • Familiarity with community behavioral health services and resources.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Commitment to social justice, family empowerment, and support for diversity.
