Job Title: Commercial Sales Representative

At Grupo Argos S.A., we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for initiating and coordinating the sale and delivery of ready mix concrete and related products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet divisional targets.
  • Market tracking and analysis to identify business opportunities.
  • Prospecting and developing new business relationships.
  • Negotiation and closing sales deals.
  • Administration and coordination of deliveries.
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues.
  • Spending 50% of time in the field working with project managers and customers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent discipline.
  • 3-6 years of commercial sales experience in the building materials supply or associated industries.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM.
