Job Description

Techo-Bloc is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for pursuing hardscape projects in industrial, commercial, and institutional landscaping applications in the DC/MD/DE area.

This role will involve leveraging technological resources, building face-to-face relationships, and facilitating educational sessions to promote our products and services. You will work closely with our internal marketing team, architect designers, and R&D engineers to customize samples, presentations, and channels to market.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong skill set to deal with engineering and architect offices, municipalities, real estate developers, and other key stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing the thorough sales process, including negotiation, problem-solving, and teamwork.

Techo-Bloc offers formal sales and product knowledge training, as well as a comprehensive video library for continued self-paced education. Sales Representatives are eligible for uncapped sales bonuses, with an average earnings potential of $85,000 - $120,000+ per year.
