**Key Responsibilities**

  • Analyze risks, price, negotiate, and make informed decisions on commercial business
  • Sell and solicit business across all business units available within the territory to build strong, diverse agency relationships
  • Partner with and lead other field disciplines within designated agency relationships to ensure their success by communication, support, and collaboration with team members
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, emerging risks, primary competitors, and effectively communicate and make informed decisions based on this information
  • Will to travel and visit agencies within territory regularly

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience in underwriting, a minimum of 3 years of commercial underwriting experience, more than 3 years preferred
