Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success Team, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers maximize the value they receive from our products and services. You will work closely with senior-level executives to demonstrate the business value of our product, drive expansion, and minimize churn.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the onboarding process for new customers, coordinating with our professional services team to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Grow revenue within existing partners and customers by identifying expansion opportunities and successfully executing renewals.
  • Minimize churn and downsell by executing the Jirav CSM playbook, working with partners and customers on their FP&A strategy, user adoption, and updates on Jirav product releases.
  • Conduct well-informed and consultative business review meetings with senior-level executives to demonstrate the business value of our product.
  • Maintain exceptional CRM hygiene, providing up-to-date and accurate ongoing forecasts and partner and customer health scores.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the new logo sales team, professional services, learning and education, customer support, marketing, and product team to continuously evaluate, iterate, and improve the customer experience.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management roles, expanding revenue and minimizing churn in the tech/SaaS industry.
  • A university degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics is a plus.
  • Experience in serving Accounting and CFO advisory firms is a plus.

We are an exempt position with a base salary hiring range of $70,000 to $84,000, plus the opportunity to earn up to $30,000 to $36,000 in commission, totaling an OTE (On-Target Earnings) of $100,000 to $120,000.
