Merchandising Operations Analyst Opportunity

Pyramid Consulting Group, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Merchandising Operations Analyst to join their team in a hybrid capacity. This temporary position, estimated to last 6 months, offers a unique opportunity to drive process improvements and contribute to the success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a subject matter expert, independently managing specific processes and tasks
  • Identify and mitigate risks/potential defects while maintaining clear communication with partners and stakeholders
  • Evaluate process flows and lead improvements through automation and process re-engineering
  • Develop standard operating procedures, user guides, and instructional videos
  • Oversee training for team members on new processes
  • Ad hoc duties as needed and assigned
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience in onboarding, training, and/or team management
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for challenging and improving processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
  • Strong business acumen and operational excellence
  • Expertise in cross-functional program management
  • Ability to communicate effectively to secure buy-in and implement new processes

Salary: $20/hr
