Administrative Coordinator

This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to senior leaders in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to prioritize tasks, and a high level of discretion when handling confidential information.
Responsibilities will include managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing documents and presentations.
Additionally, the candidate will assist with research projects, develop databases, and work closely with the finance team.
A strong team player with a customer service orientation and the ability to work under pressure is essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software is required.
