We are currently seeking a full-time Clinic Supervisor to enhance our Physiatry and Neurosurgery team. The Clinic Supervisor will oversee the recruitment, onboarding, training, and management of our front office and clinical staff across designated locations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care while adhering to established protocols and human resources policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and supervise clinic staff, ensuring effective operations at the assigned clinic.
  • Collaborate with clinic leaders to develop daily staffing plans and schedules, manage timecards, and oversee time-off requests.
  • Engage in clinical duties as needed, providing support in various roles within the clinic.
  • Supervise daily operations and workflow, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Conduct staff evaluations, set performance expectations, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Address patient complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring a high standard of patient care.
  • Work closely with leadership to develop and implement new policies and procedures that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all relevant regulations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support clinic operations.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. Relevant medical assisting or nursing credentials are advantageous.
  • BLS Certification is required.
  • Experience in a clinical setting with direct patient interaction is essential, with prior supervisory experience being highly desirable.
  • Ability to travel between clinic locations as necessary.
  • Proficient in clinical procedures and maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships with patients and staff.
  • Ability to remain calm and effective in emergency situations.
