Lead Front Office Operations at Kimpton Taconic Hotel

We're seeking a seasoned Front Office Supervisor to lead our Front Office team at Kimpton Taconic Hotel. As a key member of our hotel team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, ensuring seamless front office operations, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead all aspects of front office operations, including guest check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Provide timely and courteous service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage front desk staff, including training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
  • Monitor and maintain front office operations, including inventory management, key control, and credit policies.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in hospitality or a related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
