Job Summary:

Cosco Fire Protection is seeking a highly skilled Fire Protection Project Manager to oversee the installation of fire sprinkler systems in commercial, educational, and industrial facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fire protection and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage fire sprinkler installation projects from inception to completion
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans to meet schedules and budgets
  • Conduct weekly Work in Progress meetings and ensure AHJ requirements are met
  • Coordinate change orders and drive margin improvement on every job
  • Work closely with sales and design staff on project specifications and change orders

Requirements:

  • 5 years of previous trade experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Procore, and other project management software
  • Leadership skills, including ability to communicate, address personnel issues, and make fair decisions
