Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team at Yoke's Fresh Markets. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work
  • Conduct preventative maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is running efficiently
  • Identify and report any maintenance issues or concerns to the Facilities Manager
  • Work independently with minimal supervision to complete tasks and projects

Requirements:

  • AA degree and/or a minimum of two years related experience and/or training
  • Construction and/or facilities maintenance experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
