Key Responsibilities:

  • Organizing and managing annual open enrollment events.
  • Designing and delivering benefit orientation sessions for new employees.
  • Leading educational workshops on benefits for staff across all levels.
  • Conducting market analysis and advising leadership on improvements to benefit offerings.
  • Ensuring adherence to ERISA, Health Care Reform, ADA, and other relevant regulations.
  • Performing audits on claims to verify accurate enrollments.
  • Overseeing relationships with vendors and consultants, including negotiating annual premiums.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

  • Background in claims administration.
  • Familiarity with open enrollment procedures.
  • Experience in vendor relationship management.
  • Knowledge of retirement benefit programs.
  • Proficient in Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with self-insured plans.
  • CEBS certification.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms.
  • Experience within the healthcare sector.
