About the Role

As a Client Relationship Manager at Valenz, you will be the face of our brand, serving as the primary point of contact to cultivate, strengthen, and expand relationships with our current clients. You will lead efforts to ensure client satisfaction across various business sectors and collaborate effectively with internal teams to refine client workflows, consistently exceeding expectations to deliver outstanding customer service.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain, nurture, and expand existing client relationships.
  • Conduct pre-sale and post-sale presentations, scheduling regular client meetings.
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic account management.
  • Track and manage sales opportunities using CRM tools.
  • Lead client proposal processes, renewals, and account implementations.
  • Develop and execute Strategic Account Plans for your assigned portfolio.
  • Act as the primary liaison for client communications, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all Valenz products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and enhance processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and HIPAA standards.
  • Partner with Operations, Subject Matter Experts, and other internal teams to align with client needs and strengthen relationships.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience managing both internal and external relationships, with knowledge of healthcare plan administration.
  • Experience in healthcare plans, health insurance, or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong presentation capabilities in-person and virtually.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in advanced Excel functions and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts, work under pressure, and consistently deliver exemplary customer service.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration.
  • Experience in self-funded healthcare.
