Your Impact

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will:

- Address and fulfill client inquiries and requests
- Provide expert consultation on risk management and insurance matters
- Assist in the design and execution of innovative programs and services
- Analyze client exposures for renewal assessments
- Engage with clients throughout the year to present new offerings and review renewal documents and loss history
- Coordinate training sessions related to company initiatives and services
- Organize client events throughout the year
- Attend industry conferences
- Manage and update client data using database systems
- Travel approximately 30% within the state

About You

Required Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree along with 3 or more years of experience in client coordination and/or claims management, OR a High School diploma with 8 or more years of relevant experience.

A valid license is required. Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
