Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementing Sales and Service Strategies: Develop and implement sales and service strategies that meet Sephora's standards and drive customer engagement.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead and develop a team of sales and service professionals, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they achieve their goals.
  • Client Service and Sales Execution: Execute Sephora's client service model and sales strategies, driving customer loyalty and sales growth.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with Sephora's standards and maintain a professional environment.
  • Client Loyalty and Engagement: Support client loyalty programs and services, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure success.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Prior leadership experience in retail sales or services.
  • Passion for client service and teamwork.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Resilience and adaptability to changing store priorities.
  • Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Competitive Compensation: $30.81/hr. The actual hourly pay offered depends on various factors, including qualifications for the position and relevant experience.
Flexibility: Sephora now offers a Flex (on demand) position for employees who can work anywhere from 0-19 hours a week. This flexibility allows you to balance your work schedule with other commitments. This could be a steppingstone into a more permanent position if you are looking for more in the future.
