Job Summary:

Lone Star Corporation is seeking a skilled Human Resources Administrator to join our Corporate Office team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for performing a range of HR-related duties on a professional level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer benefits, including claims resolution, change reporting, and communication with employees.
  • Maintain company organization charts and employee directories.
  • Manage HR information systems, compile reports, and maintain accurate records.
  • Implement human resources programs, including talent acquisition, staffing, and employment processing.
  • Prepare reports by analyzing and summarizing data and trends.
  • Protect organizational value by maintaining confidentiality.
  • Complete special projects, set timetables, and conduct research.
  • Process and maintain records of regular deductions from employee payments.
  • Prepare and maintain employee handbooks and policies.
  • Participate in developing department goals and objectives.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment and benefits laws.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience.
  • Knowledge of employment law.
  • Excellent data entry skills.
  • Detailed-oriented and organized.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in timekeeping systems and payroll processing.
  • Knowledge of benefits administration.
  • Ability to work with confidential information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.

Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation will be based on experience. Benefits include medical, vision, and dental insurance, 401K retirement savings plan, company-paid life insurance, and paid time off.
