Job Description

The Administrative Staff/Office Manager is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the clinic. This role oversees the day-to-day operations, including scheduling, billing, and patient intake. The Administrative Staff/Office Manager will also manage the office staff, ensuring the clinic runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including scheduling, billing, and patient intake.
  • Manage the office staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating employees.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient care.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Purchase office supplies and equipment.
  • Delegate tasks to the office staff as needed.
  • Represent the clinic to patients, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Associate's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in a medical office setting is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
