Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager Demand Enablement to join our team. This role will play a crucial role in empowering the coordination of our Marketing and Sales teams with the tools, resources, and knowledge needed to increase their productivity and effectiveness of early funnel buyer intent and leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide cross-functional leadership to sales and marketing to ensure alignment and collaboration on revenue-related initiatives.
  • Create tools and processes that accelerate leads to closed revenue.
  • Manage and optimize processes, including system/tool integration where relevant, that drive alignment between sales and marketing.
  • Provide training and coaching to sales teams on data, tools, and marketing resources to help accelerate deals.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of demand spectrum programs and initiatives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and data vendors to recommend enhancements to our data strategies aligned to acceleration of business activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

12+ years of experience in sales and/or marketing stakeholder management, business consultation, and analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

Ability to travel up to 25%.

Salary:

Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.

Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs.
