About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to play a critical role in defining and delivering the next generation of our sales enablement software. As a key member of our Sales Platform team, you will be responsible for driving innovative solutions and embracing a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities
  • Apply your experience to create value-driven sales solutions that unify our end-to-end sales process while establishing an outstanding user experience.
  • Manage the development and launch of new features and functionality through the entire product development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with parallel product teams to define future roadmap capability needs and prioritize roadmap capabilities with a value-driven approach.
  • Partner closely with the engineering team to develop the creation of your product through a well-structured Agile Scrum model.
  • Understand how your product is being used post-launch, get feedback, assess the outcome of achieving the anticipated business value, identify improvements, and continuously improve based on business value-driven approach.

Qualifications
  • 3 years working with SaaS applications.
  • BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or Related Field.
  • 8 years in a product manager, product owner, business process analyst, or sales operation role.
  • 5 years building software capabilities to support sales, service, or other customer relationship management function.
  • 5 years of applying Agile principles in one of more of these disciplines: design, development, testing, and product management.
