Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Outside Sales Representative to join our team at EMG. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, attracting new clients, and closing deals for T-Mobile Business and Staples Office supplies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers within your territory
  • Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers to discuss their needs and negotiate successful deals
  • Meet or exceed designated sales targets by creating and implementing an effective sales strategy
  • Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) program
  • Utilize best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales and drive revenue growth
Requirements
  • High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous experience in outside sales, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) setting
  • Excellent negotiation and customer service skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues
  • A positive attitude and ability to be persistent in the face of challenges
