Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Siemens Digital Industries Software. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying, penetrating, and cultivating new business opportunities in assigned industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and qualify new business prospects to identify potential opportunities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing relationships
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in assigned industries
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales efforts
Requirements
  • Minimum 1+ years of business development or sales-related experience
  • Prior experience in persistently cold-calling new account targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Proficient in using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Inside sales and/or direct selling experience
  • Engineering and/or technical background beneficial but not required
What We Offer

At Siemens Digital Industries Software, we offer a competitive compensation package, including a total cash compensation range of $69,900 to $139,800 with 30% of this being comprised of an annual incentive target. We also offer a variety of health and wellness benefits to employees, including paid sick leave, paid parental leave, PTO, and non-accrued flexible vacation.
