Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a Fun Atmosphere: Develop an engaging and playful setting for children under 12, facilitating their growth through various activities such as sports, dance, and creative play.
  • Lead Engaging Activities: Take an active role in setting up equipment, organizing games, and guiding crafts, ensuring content is suitable for different age groups.
  • Build Connections: Maintain attendance records, engage with children, and adapt your approach to cater to each child's individual needs.
  • Ensure Safety: Oversee participants, enforce safety protocols, and maintain a smooth and enjoyable experience for all.
