Corporate Card Program Analyst

This role is pivotal in the comprehensive oversight and evaluation of the essential elements of corporate credit card initiatives across the U.S. and Canada, specifically focusing on purchasing and travel cards. The successful candidate will collaborate with the credit card provider, cardholders, management, and internal audit teams to ensure that receipts and reports are submitted promptly, adhering to IRS regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct necessary audits to support Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
  • Oversee and audit expenses processed through the Concur system, including out-of-pocket, flagged fraud cases, and personal expenses.
  • Monitor card usage to prevent misuse, escalating issues as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance standards and company policies.
  • Audit and oversee corporate card transactions to confirm they align with travel and procurement guidelines.
  • Gather and analyze data from various sources, identifying trends or irregularities, and present findings for review and action.
  • Recommend improvements to processes to enhance data integrity based on audit results.
  • Review corporate card applications for accuracy before submission to the provider.
  • Facilitate the receipt and distribution of new cards to employees.
  • Provide cardholders with policy guidance and operational instructions regarding corporate card usage.
  • Perform monthly reconciliations between the card provider and Concur.
  • Process provider statements and ensure timely payments in accordance with agreements.
  • Deliver exceptional support to cardholders.
  • Manage service ticket expectations effectively.
  • Handle technical issues related to card usage and report incidents.
  • Assist users with inquiries related to Concur, troubleshooting and resolving issues within established service levels.
  • Update corporate card information for staff transfers and terminations.
  • Report any fraudulent activities to relevant management and auditing departments.
  • Follow up on transaction disputes.
  • Evaluate the quality of service provided by the card issuer.
  • Prepare monthly reports on P-Card transactions and perform regular and ad-hoc reporting as required.
  • Collaborate closely with staff, management, accounting, and IT services as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • A minimum of five years of progressive experience in Finance, Administration, or Accounting is required.
  • At least two years of analytical experience is necessary.
  • Two years of experience managing a medium to large corporate credit card program is essential.
  • Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley regulations is advantageous.
  • Experience in customer service or client-facing roles is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems is beneficial.
  • Experience with Concur or similar online travel and expense solutions is required.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills are necessary.
  • Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment and work collaboratively.
  • Demonstrated professional knowledge and skills, with the ability to manage risks effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the capability to handle high volumes of activity.
  • Ability to comprehend and apply rules and procedures accurately.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Proficiency in standard MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
  • Professional appearance is expected.
