Position Overview:

The Corporate Card Program Specialist is integral to the effective oversight and analysis of corporate credit card initiatives across the U.S. and Canada, encompassing both purchasing and travel cards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct necessary audits to support compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley regulations.
  • Review and audit expenses processed through the Concur system, including out-of-pocket and flagged transactions.
  • Monitor card usage to identify potential misuse and implement corrective measures as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and controls related to corporate card transactions.
  • Audit corporate card transactions to confirm compliance with travel and procurement guidelines.
  • Analyze data from various sources to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process enhancements.
  • Validate corporate card applications for accuracy before submission to the card provider.
  • Manage the distribution of new corporate cards to employees.
  • Provide guidance and policy information to cardholders regarding corporate card usage.
  • Perform monthly reconciliations between the card provider and the Concur system.
  • Facilitate timely payment of provider statements in accordance with established agreements.
  • Deliver exceptional support to cardholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Monitor service ticket requests and ensure timely resolution.
  • Manage technical issues related to card usage and assist users with Concur inquiries.
  • Report any fraudulent activities to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present monthly reports on corporate card transactions and conduct regular reporting as required.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including Accounting and IT Services, to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • At least five years of progressive experience in Finance, Administration, or Accounting.
  • A minimum of two years of analytical experience.
  • Experience managing a corporate credit card program is essential.
  • Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance is advantageous.
  • Background in customer service or client-facing roles is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and online T&E solutions like Concur.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in standard MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, multicultural environment.
