The Treasury Manager position is primarily accountable for overseeing cash flow and investment strategies, managing banking operations, and conducting cash forecasting and analysis. Reporting directly to the Director of Tax & Treasury, this role collaborates with various finance, legal, and business unit stakeholders. The individual will be tasked with evaluating, developing, monitoring, and optimizing the effective use of cash, bank accounts, and financial services for both domestic and international operations aligned with the Company’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Cash Management, Investment Oversight, and Risk Mitigation

  • Establish and ensure adherence to corporate cash management, investment, and financial risk management policies.
  • Supervise and validate the accuracy of daily cash positions across all corporate and subsidiary cash and investment accounts, including daily assessments of positive pay expectations.
  • Facilitate inter-company and external cash transfers in coordination with Accounts Payable.
  • Oversee credit card transaction processing.
  • Develop and manage appropriate foreign exchange hedging and interest rate swap strategies as necessary.
  • Address audit inquiries.
  • Conduct month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial reporting.
  • Administer the investment of surplus cash in accordance with the Investment Policy.

Banking Operations and Relationship Management

  • Ensure the timely establishment, closure, and maintenance of domestic and international bank accounts, including access and authorization protocols.
  • Manage and process notifications and documentation related to credit agreements, investments, foreign exchange transactions, letters of credit, wire transfers, share repurchases, and dividends.
  • Conduct debt compliance analysis and reporting.
  • Maintain regular communication with banking partners and vendors regarding cash management, foreign exchange, technology services, and other relevant matters.
  • Assist the Director of Tax & Treasury in managing relationships with banking and treasury service providers to mitigate risks, control service costs, and resolve disputes.
  • Support the design and implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP.

Forecasting and Financial Analysis

  • Maintain cash flow forecasts to assess liquidity requirements.
  • Collaborate with FP&A and International teams to formulate currency hedging strategies and plans.
  • Assist in the preparation of materials for Board of Directors and Management presentations, including related analytics.
  • Negotiate service bids and monitor costs associated with banking and financial service providers.
  • Develop and oversee a treasury disaster recovery plan to mitigate liquidity risks.
  • Conduct ad hoc Treasury and Investor Relations analyses and special projects as needed.
Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 5-7 years of experience in Treasury or Finance.
  • Master's degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred.
  • CTP designation is highly desirable.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Treasury and/or Finance roles.
  • Experience in both domestic and international treasury operations is essential.
  • Experience in a public company setting is preferred.
  • General understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements related to treasury functions.
  • Familiarity with treasury management software.
  • Knowledge of investment strategies and financial instruments.
  • Advanced skills in spreadsheet modeling.
  • Strong collaboration, verbal, and written communication abilities.
  • Self-driven to seek solutions, generate ideas, and acquire new skills.
  • Attention to detail and precision.
  • Focus on process improvement.
