Key Responsibilities:
  • Process orders for medical supplies and medications for patients.
  • Coordinate scheduling for Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs) and telephonic depositions.
  • Assist patients with technology-related inquiries, including iPads.
  • Organize team meetings across various departments.
  • Facilitate meetings between physicians and vendors.
  • Maintain and file all medical certificates and manage reappointments for hospitals.
  • Communicate messages between patients and physicians, both internally and externally.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for telecommunications across departments.
  • Occasionally assist with patient rooming during staff shortages.
  • Retrieve medical records and operative reports as needed.
  • Ensure coverage of essential tasks during the absence of other administrative staff.
  • Manage physician schedules to ensure adherence to established templates.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Able to make quick decisions and solve problems effectively.
  • Familiarity with administrative processes.
