Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Operations Manager to join our team at Service Experts. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and servicing of commercial HVAC equipment and accessories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of technicians and helpers to ensure efficient and effective completion of projects.
  • Conduct quality-control reviews of completed work to ensure it meets company standards and customer expectations.
  • Train and coach employees on technical skills, company processes, and safety procedures.
  • Lead installations, retrofits, and large-scale projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Perform regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and provide guidance to technicians.
  • Assist Branch Manager in reviewing past performance, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies for growth.
  • Represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically in all business matters and activities.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent with additional training and 10+ years of experience in HVAC.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to train others in technical skills and effective customer service.
  • Valid licenses and certifications as required by federal, state, or local laws and regulations.
  • Advanced skills in servicing commercial heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment, as well as related accessories.
  • Proficient mechanical aptitude and ability to operate necessary tools and equipment.
  • Effective communication and time-management skills, with ability to work flexible hours and on-call shifts as needed.
