As a Lead Instructor, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of skilled trades professionals by delivering high-quality instruction and fostering a positive learning environment.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Curriculum Delivery: Design and deliver engaging HVAC curriculum across various modalities, including online, on-ground, and blended learning formats.
  • Student Success: Actively support student retention by providing guidance, addressing concerns, and identifying at-risk students.
  • Program Development: Collaborate with the instructional design team to enhance curriculum content and ensure alignment with industry standards.
  • Faculty Collaboration: Work closely with fellow instructors to share best practices, develop training materials, and maintain program consistency.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay current on HVAC trends and technologies through professional development activities and ongoing research.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in the HVAC field.
  • HVAC Certification is highly preferred.
  • Experience as a supervisor, mentor, or trainer is a plus.
