Position Overview:

We are currently seeking experienced Superintendents to join our growing team in various locations. The immediate focus will be on overseeing gas station construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Directing on-site personnel and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Managing the project schedule from inception to completion.
  • Collaborating with the Project Manager and Safety Manager to ensure adherence to safety protocols.
  • Overseeing labor relations, staffing, procurement of construction materials, equipment management, and contract administration.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with subcontractors, Project Managers, and clients.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation throughout the project.


Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction projects.
  • Proficient knowledge of skilled trades such as carpentry, masonry, concrete work, site excavation, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and electrical systems.
  • Strong understanding of commercial construction technologies and details, with the ability to interpret construction documents, specifications, and drawings.
  • Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients.
