Sales Account Manager

As a Sales Account Manager at Paul Gnall - State Farm Agent, you will play a vital role in our daily business operations and customers' success. Your primary responsibility will be to grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You will improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Train and mentor junior staff.
- 3+ years of experience in insurance sales or account management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
