Job Summary:

As a Business Development and Account Manager at Integrity Technical Services, Inc., you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strong understanding of business operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend local and regional business networking events to establish relationships with centers of influence, business owners, and prospective clients.
  • Utilize social media and other online platforms to establish a strong company image and generate business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, third-party advisors, and consultants to achieve client objectives and goals.
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase revenue and expand client relationships.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities, working independently and autonomously.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a related professional position, such as business banking, accounting, commercial financing, or B2B account sales and management.
  • Strong business education and knowledge, including a BS, BA, or MBA degree or significant professional experience and certifications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work under pressure, solve problems, and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
