As a key member of our Front Office department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing daily operations, and leading a team of Front Desk Assistants.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily Front Office operations, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
- Lead a team of Front Desk Assistants, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure excellent guest service.
- Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Sales and Reservations to fulfill special requests and VIP arrangements.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and data to ensure efficient operations.
- Stay up-to-date with hotel policies, procedures, and emergency protocols.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Previous experience in a Front Office management role, preferably in a resort setting.
- Proven proficiency in Visual One or other Property Management Systems.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
