JOB DESCRIPTION: Administrative Assistant
Join our dynamic team at Avail Infrastructure Solutions as we seek an Administrative Assistant to deliver essential support across our organization. Below are the key responsibilities:
- Managing phone communications, including answering calls, taking messages, and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Establishing and overseeing filing systems, ensuring all paperwork is current and well-organized.
- Coordinating schedules and managing appointments effectively.
- Drafting meeting notes, official correspondence, and basic reports.
- Processing incoming mail, distributing materials, and addressing routine correspondence.
PROFILE LEVEL:
The successful candidate will possess relevant knowledge and skills acquired through education or professional experience, operating under moderate supervision. They will demonstrate the ability to identify and resolve issues in straightforward scenarios while making informed decisions.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This role does not entail formal supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
To excel in this position, candidates should effectively manage all assigned tasks. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, along with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
