About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Marcone HVAC. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in your territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their business objectives
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to management to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the HVAC industry, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, including customer relationship building, needs assessment, and solution selling
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction
