Position: RV Resort Housekeeper

Overview:

The RV Resort is an integral part of the Pechanga hospitality experience. The role of the RV Resort Housekeeper is crucial in ensuring a pleasant and memorable stay for all visitors. This position involves upholding the cleanliness of the resort while delivering exceptional service to guests.

As a key player in customer service, RV Resort Housekeepers foster positive interactions with guests, which are essential for repeat visits. Team members are expected to treat all guests with respect and appreciation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of all RV Resort facilities, including the lobby, restrooms, showers, pool area, laundry room, clubhouses, back office areas, and outdoor spaces.
  2. Ensure cleanliness of amenities such as laundry areas, guest pavilions, fire pits, dog parks, and pool areas, with daily attention to all furniture and lounge chairs.
  3. Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of all restrooms and showers, including scrubbing, cleaning walls, counters, and wiping down vents and doors.
  4. Manage the upkeep of barbecue grills to accommodate guests, coordinating with Guest Services for efficient cleaning.
  5. Replenish cleaning supplies and organize supply closets as needed.
  6. Empty trash from designated receptacles and public areas throughout the shift.
  7. Conduct regular maintenance of outdoor areas, including sweeping and mopping tiled surfaces.
  8. Clean windows of the RV Resort office and clubhouse as required.
  9. While guest interaction is limited, greet all guests warmly and respond promptly to any requests.
  10. Engage with outside vendors for cleaning supplies as necessary.
  11. Safeguard the assets of the Pechanga Development Corporation.
  12. Complete additional tasks as assigned by the RV Resort Management team.

Qualifications:

A high school diploma or GED is required, along with a minimum of two years of housekeeping or related experience. Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
