Job Summary

The Resort Housekeeping Professional is responsible for creating a memorable experience for all guests at the Pechanga RV Resort. This includes maintaining the cleanliness of the property, providing excellent guest service, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of all RV Resort facilities, including lobby, restrooms, showers, pool area, laundry room, club houses, back office areas, and outdoor areas.
  • Clean and sanitize all restrooms and showers daily, including scrubbing showers, cleaning walls, counters, vents, and doors.
  • Replenish cleaning supplies and organize the supply closets.
  • Remove trash from dedicated trash cans and public areas throughout the shift.
  • Maintain the RV Resort facilities throughout the day, including sweeping outdoor areas and mopping tiled areas daily.
  • Clean windows of the RV Resort office and Clubhouse as needed.
  • Provide excellent guest service, including greeting guests warmly and responding quickly to guest requests.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of housekeeping or related experience.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Great interpersonal and organizational skills.
