Position: RV Resort Housekeeper

Overview:

The RV Resort, an integral part of the Pechanga experience, operates as a premier hospitality venue. The role of the RV Resort Housekeeper is pivotal in ensuring guests have a remarkable stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Uphold the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of all RV Resort facilities, including the lobby, restrooms, showers, pool area, laundry room, clubhouses, back office spaces, and outdoor environments.
  2. Ensure all amenities, such as laundry areas, guest pavilions, fire pits, dog parks, and pool areas, are meticulously maintained, allowing guests to enjoy their stay comfortably.
  3. Conduct daily cleaning and sanitization of 22 restrooms and 10 showers, which includes scrubbing surfaces, cleaning walls, and wiping down fixtures.
  4. Maintain 13 barbecue grills, coordinating with Guest Services for timely cleaning and upkeep.
  5. Replenish cleaning supplies and organize the six supply closets efficiently.
  6. Manage waste disposal by removing trash from 20 designated bins and public areas throughout the shift.
  7. Perform routine maintenance of the RV Resort facilities, including sweeping outdoor areas and mopping tiled surfaces.
  8. Clean windows of the RV Resort office and clubhouse as required.
  9. While guest interaction is limited, greet all guests warmly and respond promptly to any requests.
  10. Engage with external vendors for cleaning supplies as necessary.
  11. Safeguard the assets of the Pechanga Development Corporation.
  12. Complete additional tasks as assigned by the RV Resort Management team.

Qualifications:

  1. A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
  2. At least two years of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
  3. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
