As a key player in customer service, RV Resort Housekeepers create positive interactions that encourage repeat visits. A warm welcome and friendly demeanor are crucial in ensuring guests depart with a favorable impression of our establishment. It is vital to treat every guest with respect and appreciation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of all RV Resort facilities, including the lobby, restrooms, showers, pool area, laundry room, clubhouses, back office areas, and outdoor spaces.
  2. Ensure cleanliness of amenities such as laundry areas, guest pavilions, fire pits, dog parks, and pool areas, attending to all seating and lounging furniture daily.
  3. Conduct daily cleaning and sanitization of all restrooms and showers, ensuring thoroughness in scrubbing, cleaning walls, counters, and fixtures.
  4. Manage the upkeep of barbecue grills to accommodate guests, coordinating with Guest Services for effective cleaning schedules.
  5. Replenish cleaning supplies and organize supply closets as needed.
  6. Remove trash from designated receptacles and public areas throughout the shift.
  7. Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas through regular sweeping and mopping of tiled surfaces.
  8. Clean windows of the RV Resort office and clubhouse as required.
  9. While guest interaction is limited, greet all guests warmly and respond promptly to any requests.
  10. Engage with external vendors for cleaning supplies as necessary.
  11. Safeguard the assets of the Pechanga Development Corporation.
  12. Perform additional duties as assigned by the RV Resort Management team.

Qualifications:

A high school diploma or GED is required, along with a minimum of two years of housekeeping or related experience. Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
