The GrapeSeed Spa at South Coast Winery Resort & Spa is looking for a dedicated Spa Consultant to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome all guests, assess their needs, and guide them to the appropriate staff or services.
  • Engage with visitors, guests, and team members in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage incoming calls on a multi-line phone system, ensuring messages are taken and directed appropriately.
  • Maintain a clear and organized message system, checking and responding to messages daily.
  • Schedule appointments accurately via phone, email, or in-person requests.
  • Gather all necessary information to ensure proper appointment bookings.
  • Utilize the computer system efficiently and accurately.
  • Prepare and print itineraries for guests, therapists, and attendants.
  • Ensure timely check-ins for guests receiving services and inform therapists of arrivals.
  • Process guest check-outs, applying relevant discounts and managing payments.
  • Collect guest feedback through comment cards, aiming for approximately four per day.
  • Handle cash register duties with precision, ensuring accurate financial reporting at the start and end of each shift.
  • Arrive punctually for shifts and maintain satisfactory attendance records.
  • Adhere to all dress code policies.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and mailing as needed.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems and records.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge and a willingness to learn.
  • Exhibit professionalism when handling confidential and sensitive matters.
  • Take pride in all aspects of work.
