Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to join our team at Europa Village Winery and Resort. This role is essential in maintaining the beauty and cleanliness of our expansive grounds, ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Embody and promote the core values of Europa Village.
  • Oversee the upkeep and aesthetic appeal of the landscape, including tasks such as mowing lawns, pruning trees and shrubs, weeding, and litter removal.
  • Utilize various landscaping tools and equipment effectively, including mowers and trimmers.
  • Maintain and repair irrigation systems to ensure optimal water distribution.
  • Uphold Europa Village's landscaping standards through diligent care and attention.
  • Clean and maintain outdoor areas, ensuring they are free of debris.
  • Manage flowerbeds, replacing any dead plants as necessary.
  • Care for fountains and other water features, ensuring they are well-maintained.
  • Monitor and ensure that all plants, trees, and flowers receive sufficient water.
  • Apply fertilizers to plants, flowers, and grass as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
