Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Human Resources/Office Assistant to join our team at The Gilmore Group. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with a passion for HR and administrative work to contribute to our dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the General Manager and HR Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding process for employees, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Participate in various special projects as assigned, utilizing your skills and expertise to drive results.
  • Coordinate and schedule travel and accommodations for team members and guests.
  • Greet and welcome visitors and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Assist with IT setup, including workstations, laptops, and system access.
  • Maintain office supply and IT inventory, ensuring our workspace is well-stocked and organized.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating your flexibility and adaptability.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in a similar HR or heavy administrative role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience working in high-volume environments, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage interruptions.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Working knowledge of basic IT and computer setup, with proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to work in a high-stress environment, with a focus on delivering quality results and exceeding expectations.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: $50,000 - $55,000.
