Job Overview

destinationone Consulting is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Design and implement performance management systems to drive employee growth and development.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining a proactive approach to risk management.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in human resources management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels.
