Role Overview

As a Vehicle Product Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to align customers with the vehicles, features, and services that best meet their requirements. Our Best Price Model allows us to focus on customer satisfaction rather than negotiation, meaning that previous sales experience is not a prerequisite. We will equip you with all necessary tools and resources; all you need to bring is a positive mindset and a readiness to learn.

Compensation and Benefits

Annual earnings range from $35,000 to $80,000.

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday with a weekday off and Sundays free.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish lasting relationships and create loyal customers.
  • Assist customers in selecting vehicles by asking insightful questions and actively listening to their feedback.
  • Become an expert on our vehicle offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
  • Conduct professional demonstrations of both new and pre-owned vehicles.
  • Follow up with customers to encourage referrals.
  • Learn to navigate objections and excel in sales scenarios.
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding goals, planned activities, and performance evaluations.
  • Bring enthusiasm and a positive attitude to work every day.

Qualifications

  • Availability for flexible hours, including Saturdays.
  • Eager to learn about new products and their features.
  • Excellent communication skills with customers.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
